Using our signature roast profile for Brazil Alta Mogiana, the Easy Chair Coffee Shop and Nova Roast took the top prize at the Southeast Roasters Cult roast competition on January 24th. We competed against 12 talented roasters from around the region and the coffees were cupped by over 30 coffee professionals. We believed it was important to use our signature roast to take an honest assessment of our skills. It is great to know that we are heading in the right direction!
