Friends of the Easy Chair know we take coffee roasting and preparation very seriously, even if we don’t take ourselves too seriously.  So it is only appropriate that we have been Tooned by Klaus Shmidheiser of Plaid Avenger fame.  Klaus is one of the many interesting, talented characters who drop by the coffee shop each day.
